My family and I were only running less than 10 minutes late on account of the storm and traffic and the cruise left without us, it wasn’t even 10 minutes the operator lied to us saying they will tell the captain to hold the boat because it was long gone! Absolutely horrendous experience none the less it was for a birthday! Shame on all of you!
