i was on a half hour flight around New York and the Hudson bay it was very special except i was crammed into a flying sardine tin travelling backwards and for the cost £400 for the two of us no it wasn't good value due to the seat position the video footage was rubbish so be aware the only seat worth sitting in is next to the pilot

Was very disappointing...we felt the pilot really didnt want to be there....he had his earphones turned off most of the time so he didnt have to answer questions...wasnt friendly at all and the whole trip was rushed...trying to get in as many trips as possible in the time...we were just a number....wouldnt recommend to anyone

viator website directions to the tour operator is out of date being that there is no longer a 9 train and that the q does not stop at whitehall. viator also does not make it abundantly clear that the time frame you book your flight for is extremely flexible in that it can change drastically from what you had originally thought you had booked. overall, i was was dissatisfied with viator and would not use them again.
