viator website directions to the tour operator is out of date being that there is no longer a 9 train and that the q does not stop at whitehall. viator also does not make it abundantly clear that the time frame you book your flight for is extremely flexible in that it can change drastically from what you had originally thought you had booked. overall, i was was dissatisfied with viator and would not use them again.
The trip itself was great the pilot very nice and capable. I called the day before and spoke with "Julius" who was uninformed, unhelpful and said that our reservation had been given away because I didn't call 24 hours in advance. My understanding was to call the day prior to the trip. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after being placed on hold for 5 min. was told that there wasn't one. I would expect that better service would be given considering the pricepoint of the trip. Also, after the trip we had to ask to see pictures and they weren't very helpful.
As pensioners we were treated with the g reatest of care and friendly politeness (the bum push certainly helped) .Very efficient and helpful members of staff who kept us informed of the routine at every stage. Excellent flight to be reccommrnded. without reservation. Many thanks for a wonderful experience.
