Helicopter seating is based on a 4- or 6-passenger helicopter, whichever is available at the time of your tour. Minimum 4 people required to book this tour.
Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

The trip itself was good. However not everything ran smoothly. We turned up for our trip to be told that they were not running the Grand Island trip that day and we could either get a refund or take the shorter trip. We opted for the short trip and were told that we would have to come back 2 hours later. When we did return we joined our group and took off. It was really cramped with 4 of us in the back and being on an inside seat you could not really see out of the windows. My friend in the front had a great view though. Dispite the pilot telling us to ask questions she did not repond to our request to turn up the volume of the commentary as we could not hear it in the back. I am still waiting for my promised refund due to the trip being down graded and it is now nearly a month since our trip.
I would have liked to have been informed prior to turning up that our original trip had been cancelled and being offered a later flight. It would have meant that we organised our day differently. Instead we ended up having to hang round for a couple of hours trying to find things to do (we had already arrived to the area early and had a look around.

Poor value. Don't take the 4 seater heiicopter.
Not a very good for photo if you get seted behind the pilot or worse sat in the middle of the rear seat.
We were told that we were only two people booked on the flight but four people were put on the flight.

Not what we paid for. No audio - and "30 min" flight means "15 min" I expected more from Viator. I will never book with them again.
