Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 285 lbs may be unable to fly. If passengers require a seat belt extender they will not be able to attend.
A current valid government issued photo ID is required on the day of travel
All bags are subject to inspection. Only camera, cell phone and sunglasses can be brought aboard. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
Please note: it is a 10 minute drive to Linden Airport from the station, passengers can order either Uber, Lyft or use the local taxi service
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 must sit in an adults lap at no charge.

The views are amazing and it was a very nice trip along the Hudson river and back to the Statue of Liberty. The pilot was very friendly and accommodating, the staff were very professional and thorough, and the ride was incredibly smooth. This was my first helicopter ride ever and was a nice introduction. My only suggestions would be that they have all of the seats facing the same way and maybe a bit more commentary from the pilot. Overall a very nice experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience flying with us! We are currently flying Bell 407 helicopters, which have 2 backwards facing seats. Our pilots top priority is your safety, sometimes they have to communicate with air traffic control or other aircraft which means they have less time to point out the sights. We're happy to hear that our whole team made you feel welcomes and that you have a nice time flying with us!

The people there don't have the best attitudes they just treat you as another person. I remember the guy just pointing and signaling where to go instead of just speaking to me. They don't really care or put much attention to the pictures although some people do buy them.

We're sorry to hear you didn't feel you were treated well. Because it is very loud on the ramp, our staff are trained to use signals as it is important for safety that there is no miscommunication and often they cannot be heard over the rotors. Our staff do their best in the time they have to take a picture of passengers in front of the helicopter. We're sorry you were unhappy with the quality of your picture. We'll pass along your feedback to the Operations Manager.
