I spent almost $700 for 2ppl and we were uncomfortable, the helicopter picture I saw wasn’t the same ! Very bad experience never with this company

We are sorry to hear you were uncomfortable. We did confirm with Operations that you had several heavyset customers on your flight. We fly the largest helicopters in the northeast. We have a fleet of EC130s and Bell407s. but currently only operate our Bell 407s so we apologize for any confusion regarding which aircraft you were flying in. Private tours are available for those who are concerned about comfort and space.

There was no 21 fly by . Took off when out 4 miles and turned back .Not worth the money. It’s literally just taking a helicopter ride on the Hudson River. It should be called Hudson River ride.

The city heavily restricts the tour routes and flying over the city or near the buildings is not permitted. As we advertise, the tour routes are over the Hudson River flying past the skyline at about 1500 ft. We think a helicopter tour of New York City provides a unique experience that is incomparable.
