We decided to add this to our itinerary as looking at reviews, it seemed a great way of seeing NY. On arrival, everything was very efficient and my family of four joined a very nice couple for the 30 minute option. My 13 year old was up front with the pilot which he loved. The remainder of us were in the back with plenty of space and great views. The pilot was excellent telling us what to look out for and as it was a clear day, we could see for miles. Personally, the famous landmarks seem so much better from the sky and we even got to fly over the Royal Navy’s new addition,Queen Elizabeth. If you have the money, do it as it is a super experience.

The helicopter flight was a trip of a lifetime as part of my gift to my husband to celebrate his milestone birthday! We were not disappointed! The whole experience from booking through to the flight was first class. On arrival at the helicentre we were met by the representative who took us through the relevant safety checks and arrangements, before handing us over to his colleague who took us through the safety checks again before leading us to our craft. Our pilot Brad was welcoming and gave us an experience never to be forgotten. The flight was very comfortable with great views and the added bonus of being able to listen into air traffic control talking to the other pilots added to the whole experience. This is one bucket list ticked off, but it was a totally awesome experience, and we're still smiling just reliving it! Thank you to everyone involved for creating such a great memory for us.
