Staff at heli-port were friendly and efficient. Although the in the air tour is short in time (13 minutes for our flight) the views are spectacular. Pilot provided a nice commentary. Helicopter is nice and provides excellent visibility. A fun and worthwhile experience.

I booked this trip for my boyfriend's birthday and it was a total rip off! I paid $652, and the customer service was rushed. It was supposed to be 20 minutes long and we were in the air for 8 minutes and brought back. The tour was a prerecorded audio message that we could barely hear and did not correspond with the location we were flying over! Once off the helicopter we were charged for pictures which should have been included in the price. I almost forgot, I thought it was a private flight, but we were squeezed into a heli with strangers and were uncomfortable. They separated me from my partner and that took away from us enjoying the experience together. Not worth the money

All of our flights are timed to ensure that tours are meeting advertised lengths. All our tours are shared unless all 6 seats are purchased. The final seating in the helicopter is determined by the weights of all passengers in the flight. You can request a seat but we are unable to guarantee your seat in advance. The purchase of the photo is optional and at passenger discretion. You flew on the 17-20 minute Ultimate tour. Our flight logs confirm that this flight hit the 17 minute mark. Please note that tour length includes takeoff and landing.

This trip is a lottery. And there is 33% chance that you will lose it. And 1/6 chance that your money will be totqlly wasted. I'll explain you why: - 2/6 seats face backward -1/6 seat face backward to the side where you basically see just the boring side of Brooklyn (while.Manhatan is on the other side and you just don't see it). And that was the seat that I got. I had such a high hopes for this trip and I was so dissapointed because in order to see manhatan skyscrapers I had to twist my neck 180 degrees and to see though other peoples heads. FIRST i thought that Oook, we will be going back and then my side will be closer to manhattan and it will all be compensated. But... We were going back much further away from Manhatan and I still had to look backwards. So basically I just couldn't help myself but feel that I just wasted my money and was kind of scammed by thinking that all the seats will at least be facing forward. Or at least it will be taken in consideration that 2 people facing backwards and looking at the opposite side than the view that they paid money to be seeing and helicopet would fly in such a way that everone would have equal rights to the experience. At least the seats should be priced differently. I wouldn't pay more than 100 dollars to what I had experience from where I was sitting. As I said in the beginning- 50% of passangers get a good view and that is a lottery. So sad that I was sooo loking forward to that trip and it was just a waste of time and money

Our Bell 407 helicopters seat 6 passengers with 1 pilot. There is 1 seat up front next to the pilot and a cabin with 2 seats facing backward and 3 seats facing forward. Seating is determined by the weights of all passengers on the flight so we cannot guarantee you a seat in advance. Our aircraft have floor-to-ceiling glass windows for excellent views from any seat.
