This was a birthday surprise and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly and everyone was welcoming. It was exciting and we were lucky to have a gorgeous day with amazing views over the city. Covid precautions were taken seriously, and the helicopter was spotless. The pilot was really nice and had a lot of knowledge and info. We loved that the tour company was located in Manhattan, so you didn't have to make a huge effort to go out of state for something similiar. We are locals but I would definitely recommend tourists do this!

Everything was organized on a high level. All the safety protocols regarding Covid-19 were followed 100%. The helicopter was super clean like it was a brand new. The staff was incredibly professional, polite and friendly. And the most important the tour was an incredible experience.
