Hated the entire experience. They had too many people on one flight. They separated me from my boyfriend!!!! It was supposed to be something romantic and they seriously made us sit away from each other. Worst experience ever. Customer service was also terrible! Please beware before booking with them. Total waste of my money.

Hi Aman, I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience flying with us. Our tours are currently flown as shared flights, the seating in the helicopter is arranged by the weights of all passengers as we need to safely balance the helicopter. Our helicopters have 1 seat next to the pilot, which is generally considered the best seat. If we receive a request for a couple not to be split up during a flight our team will always do their best to make sure that group is seated in the cabin if it is safe to do so. We have a a Covid-19 health and safety plan in place involving all passengers requiring masks, our headset microphones are pulled up to discourage talking in the helicopter and there is regular sanitation of all high touch points. Our safety plan is sent to all passengers before the flight to advise them that the helicopter is shared and to keep everyone informed about what we are doing. We work hard to be as transparent as possible to ensure that there are no surprises at check-in. If passengers do not feel comfortable sharing with other people we do offer private tours.
