bad experience. the system that is supposed to translate changes the language all the time. I selected channel 5 which should be Portuguese. It remained in Portuguese for part of the journey, then changed to German, returned to Portuguese and then changed to Spanish. Returning on the downtow line, we got on a bus with a rude driver who was yelling at the passengers. When he reached the final stop near Times Square, he shouted aggressively for everyone to get off. In some seats, the audio system does not work.

Bought 2 day passes, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We rode several times the first day, and every single bus but 2 LEAKED all over the place. They handed us ponchos to sit on. Do not take this if you have reservations. With the exception of ONE driver, (who we tipped, the only one) - Most don't bother to announce stops, door don't open unless you know EXACTLY where to get off, you'll miss your stop. Other times IF they stop, plan to sit there for up to 30 minutes while they try to sell more tickets. The staff was extremely unfriendly, I saw 2 separate staff members YELL at CUSTOMERS. One for standing up, and one for TOUCHING an employees umbrella. I get it's NYC but rudeness like that by someone you are PAYING is unacceptable. They will lie cheat and bully you into buying as many days as you can. We bought 2 days, and ubered the 2nd day. That should tell you all you need to know about this company

So, so awful. We paid a lot of money but we were so disappointed! They say you will get a bus within 15 minutes, this isn’t true, we were waiting for well over 30 mins each time. The buses leak in the snow and rain, both upstairs and downstairs. Very very disappointed! Don’t go on this bus, the big bus is much better!!
