Great trip to see the Niagara Falls from the boat and shore. We were late for the original departure time but we were easily rescheduled for the second trip 1.5 hours later.

Our Tour Guide Randy was absolutely amazing. From the time he picked us up until the time we were dropped off he showed professionalism. He made sure we were well informed about our tour on the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Wind, visit to the State park, and even our lunch stop. Visiting from Tampa, Florida, I can truly say I have never experienced a more caring and thorough guide as Randy.
