This is the way to see all the major American-side Niagara attractions in a single day with no worries about parking, lines, admissions, etc. Our guide (the "Legendary Lenny"!) was well-informed, entertaining, and well-organized. Our teen-aged girls especially liked him, saying he was the best tour guide they'd ever worked with! We were able to bypass most of the line waiting for the Maid of the Mist and Lenny provided tips along the way that minimized wait times at other attractions as well. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators servicing the Cave of the Winds was out of service when we arrived near the end of the day, so we had an extended tour time to get everything in, but we were not short-changed in any way. We've been on other tours where the guide would eliminate certain attractions to stay on a schedule (and likely get another tour in) - but that didn't happen to us. I'm sure Lenny didn't get his 2nd tour that day, but his priority was to ensure that our experience was all that it could be. Attractions visited included Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Whirlpool State Park, Goat Island, Luna Island, the Observation Platform, lunch at Di Camillo bakery (excellent sandwiches and gelato for a very reasonable price), and more. Highly recommend the tour and our guide, Lenny!

Randy was an awesome tour guide! Great personality with useful history and tips about the falls (without being overbearing). Enough time to explore the sites. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to visit the Falls to book with Randy!
