Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

Cave of the Winds

Then, descend 175 feet (53 meters) to the famed ‘hurricane deck’ to feel the thunder of the Falls at the amazing Cave of the Winds exhibit (while in season).

Maid Of The Mist

After pickup from your hotel in a comfortable, air conditioned sightseeing vehicle, set off with your expert guide on a fun-filled day of sightseeing. During this 6-hour tour, see all of the main attractions of this area. Enjoy a wet and wild cruise aboard the Maid of the Mist boat, operating seasonally (mid May to October)*. Please note: The Maid of the Mist portion of this tour departs from the US side of Niagara Falls. All customers booking this tour must have appropriate documentation to enter the United States and Canada. *Operating dates of the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are approximate and dependent on winter/ice conditions

Me and my family of 4 attended the March 22nd tour with Nick and we had a blast. Views were spectacular especially for the late winter season and our tour guide Nick was very hospitable and detailed when explaining the sites and history behind the monuments. Not to mention his great sense of humor that kept us upbeat throughout the entire tour. He even went as far as to give us a live example of what the daredevils of Niagara Falls did by hopping in a wooden barrel and tumbling down the 180 ft drop of the falls and coming out at the bottom completely unscathed, it was unbelievable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning on visiting the falls this year.

We had a great day seeing the sights with Patty, Alot of good information and lots of views of the falls. Kind of a bummer that some of the attractions weren't running since it's winter but also a bonus because there weren't big crowds. It was a great day!
