Please note: The Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally, usually between end of May and October (exact dates are subject to ice conditions) and is replaced in the off-season, depending on accessibility, by views from other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).The day’s itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints. When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).

New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 8 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.
If you prefer to enjoy your tour without Maid of the Mist boat, you can complete your experience by choosing our interactive audioguide, available in English, Spanish and Chinese
In case you choose the option with audioguide, you will receive the instructions to download it before the day of your tour.
Bus drivers are not required to provide seats for the babies and the activity provider will not be responsible if you are unable to access the bus. To ensure that your child has a seat, you must bring your own, or inform the activity provider well in advance

What To Expect

Niagara Falls State Park

You will travel on a comfortable motor coach, with your bilingual tour guide, enjoying the scenic landscape of upstate New York (travel time is approximately 7-8 hours, each way, with one rest stop) on your journey north. Upon arrival at your destination, you will begin experiencing the adventure, beauty, and natural wonder of Niagara Falls. During your visit, you will learn about the interesting history of these mighty waters and enjoy spectacular views of the falls from different vantage points (depending on the weather conditions). You will have the opportunity of having lunch on your own, souvenir shopping, and exploring the beautiful Niagara Falls State Park.

Niagara Falls Observation Tower

Once the boat ride is over, your guide will head to the Observation Tower, as it is the unique way of exiting, from which you will be able to admire beautiful view of the falls.

Bridal Veil Falls

It is the smallest of the three waterfalls that make up Niagara Falls and can be perfectly seen from Luna Island.

Goat Island

This island is considered the natural border between Canada and the United States, and here we can find a terrasse built to comfortably see Horseshoe Fall.

Horseshoe Falls

Horseshoe Falls is considered the most impressive of the three falls, and the Terrapin Point offers astonishing views of them.

A week in NY for a family holiday can get a little claustrophobic! Get out the city & see Niagara Falls!! Although the cost & travel time are notable, it’s worth it! Yes, an early start: 4am. With a stop at supermarket around half-way to pick up some food/restroom we arrived 11am. Arturo our guide kept us on track perfectly throughout. The bus drivers were great as well - it’s a long day for everyone. We left Niagara about 2pm and with a stop again at the supermarket for some dinner, we were back 9:30pm. USB chargers onboard is a good touch if you want to watch a movie to keep the kids entertained. Buy food/drinks at supermarket. The day is expertly coordinated. We’d highly recommend it.

Best trip for a full day from New York! Arturo was fantastic guide. Love love love this. I always wanted a trip to falls, but didn’t want to plan as destination, so this was perfect to fit into the plan. Right from Times Square!!

Being in front of the massive waterfalls... unforgettable and memorable moment in front of one of the many God's creations of this world for our own delight. Please invest in this tour. Arthur the guide was excellent. The road trip was pleasant and a contrast to the concrete jungle of Manhattan.
