The tour guide was not very good and essentially ran through a brochure with us. He never gave us phone number and we lost him before Ellis island so missed that tour. Misinformation was provided about the 911 Museum tickets and wasted a lot of time. Feel like this whole Tour and skip the line was a scam and we could have done this on our own at a fraction of the cost.

The overall experience of visiting these sites was pleasant. The issue was rather than being able to enjoy the Statue of Liberty or Ellis island. We were asked to sit to the side while she went on and on about her perspective. She was repetitive and dramatic and at times extremely annoying. While some people appreciate the history recap; others truly paid to actually visit the statue. She did the same thing at Ellis island. She spoke for just under 30 mins. Then told us we had 20 mins to go inside for a quick peek. We ended up leaving the tour angry frustrated and with a pounding headache. We did not continue to the 9/11 tour with her and then she had the audacity to tell us that tips are appreciated. Here’s a tip - learn to shut it so people can actually go visit the sites they paid for!! Terrible tour guide. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Also their skip the lines tickets are bogus. When we left them and went to the 9/11 tour alone - security told us we had regular tickets.

The tour guide was fantastic and I would give her 5 stars. But they forgot our museum tickets, so we were not able to go in. Loved the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, but very disappointed that we didn't go in the 9/11 museum as paid for. We will be requesting a partial refund.
