DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. No live tour guides ,they use pre recorded messages for their tours. Three of the four busses we were on could not connect to the Satellite so we had no idea what we were seeing. Basically a taxi ride around the city with no info. Don't waste your money. They will not refund for the service they did not provide.

Waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for a bus back to Times Square from stop 13. Not enough busses. Saw 6 competitors busses drive by while waiting for a bus with room.

Difficult to purchase tickets being that the salesperson was trying to maximise the selling opportunity. We used this service 10 years ago and found it great but with only a recorded commentary now we found it average and given our time again we would avoid it.
