We booked 4 4-day passes on a Monday when we arrived/. We took the Southtown tour and at each stop they told us what was at each one. We made a reservation for the Liberty Cruise for Wednesday at 1PM and they told us at Times Square to get there by 10, to make sure we made it. At every stop, the recording told us what was at each one, EXCEPT the stop for the cruise. Since it was a recording and not a real person talking, it wasn't always in sync with where we were, or it would repeat itself multiple times. After we passed Pier40, I knew we were too far, so I went tot he drive and asked about the cruise stop. He said they don't mention that until noon. He ended up stopping at the next stop, and since we couldn't get a cab, 4 of us walked 5.5 miles in 90 degree heat. One of them was my 89 year old mother in law. When I got home I contacted them about a possible partial good will refund and was told the policy was in the terms and conditions...who reads them??? We should have looked at their terrible rating online before we made reservations, so shame on us for that. I guess they figure with the number of people in NYC, they don't care, they will sucker someone..Let the buyer beware...go with some other company...they really suck

Very poor over booked service, please AVOID. The bus was to full to get on at most stops, once they have your money, they are no longer interested.

Where to start with this.... This was my 3rd trip to NYC and had used the tours as my main point of sightseeing so this time i felt the same option would be the best, As we left our hotel looking down at Times Square you will notice a large amount of sales people with the red polo shirts on holding sales boards and the staff are overly lovely to get you to sign up for the ticket. The second you sign up that changes - asking for a tip not sure for what as its buying a ticket and then telling you its all done on an app so i had to pay for data roaming as the wifi in times square is awful - we also had to ensure we had our phones charged as you scan the app on your phone to get on the bus. We are then told we have to book our night bus time there and then and also our statue of liberty cruise so basically replan our holiday. I asked on more than one occasion if there is a live tour guide like other buses was told 100% there was - this was a lie and also told its 2 hour bike hire included - again lies! its 2 hours extra if you pay for initial rental The Cruise is at Pier 36 so no where near any of the drop offs or the other Statue of Liberty Tours - its a over crowded tour unless you pay $20 for a reserved seat and if you do its fine, you also get a cookie and drink included in your $20 - The cruise does come with a live tour so that was a benefit and we enjoyed it We then get on a bus which is a challenge to find the stops and asking any of the reps they are not interested as they are not getting a sale The tour is not with a guide its a generic tape played over with lots of repetition and music 3 songs played over and over again. There's no one to help and if you ask the driver they are annoyed The Brooklyn tour bus broke down in Brooklyn then the bus that came to take us back to the city broke down so we waited almost an hour and the driver again said if we didn't like it find our own way back! Charming!! The night bus tour is unorganised chaos! At least 1000 people queuing to get on buses - people arguing, we were told to queue which blocked businesses and again no care from the staff, we were advised the bus stops for pictures at DUMBO - again lies! its doesnt! It just loops round and back to the original stop with no stopping for photos Not sure to be honest how to avoid this company as they seem to be the biggest but i would avoid to be honest as you will not learn anything about the city
