Top view is great in marketing and selling tickets, there are young and pleasant people selling at discounts on the streets. That is the best service they provide. Then I found out that what yhey are selling is overated. The buss arrives only every 30 minutes, if you are lucky. While we were waiting for TopView bus, 5 busses of the competition (big) passed by. When the bus finally arrived, it was truly dirty and smelly! As not cleaned for years. We sat on the top in front, but the Windows were so dirty that we moved on the back. No clean auricular where provided. Therefore no chance the hear. About the city history. The bus stops where not announced, and after being stuck in traffic for 30 minutes in Soho we missed the stop, as bot announced. So we ended up getting out in Canal street. We hd to cut the tour short, as time was passed getting stuck in traffic, the bus driver was unpolished and unfriendly And we basically wasted over dollars between me and my daughter. The sense of dirty is incredible, after Covid I would have expected even very old busses-to be cleaned at least once a month! Not cleaned or disinfected in years. My daughter is now sick with Covid, I do not know if it was because of touching the metal hs dke, chairs etc in the bus tour, but is surely was dirtier than the Subways! I do NOT recommend this tour operator!

I do not understand why you would partner with such a disaster of a cruise company. They ruined my experience and wasted my time. The sightseeing tour was very good even though I think more information should be available if people wanted that. However the cruise portion of the tour was horrendous, seriously overbooked to the point of being dangerous, horrendous customer service, blatant lying about their schedules due to over booking and then advising people that they could sit in areas (to pacify them due to delays) only to rudely advise them that they had to move and take a standing position after waiting for 1.5 hours to get on! If you value your time and you want to have a good experience, Do not book the cruise.

We always enjoy this style of tour as we just sit back and enjoy the scenery. When we have a place we want to go to, we get off (take lyft of we don't feel like walking) and then use the app to find the next nearest stop to hop back on. The downtown route had alot of busses, always got seats. The uptown line was always ridiculous and busses were less frequent. We did the statue of liberty boat tour which was good. You have to wait in a long line that starts early prior to departure and its outside under canopies. No real bathroom, only a pooper box that I wouldn't recommend as it bakes in the sun. A fella did sell beverages and chips while you wait. There is a bathroom on the boat. Boat was packed and outside rear seats are a $20 upcharge. We stood outside along the railing. East River is quite stinky but we enjoyed the ride. The guide speaking on the boat was good.
