What a terrible company, and a terrible waste of money!!! DO NOT book with this company!!! Lines were long, waited for an hour or more to get on a bus, no A/C, terrible communication and we didn't get to use some of what we paid for but by no fault of our own.
We booked a month in advance of going to NYC. Got the 48 hour passes with access to all of the tours, including the bike rentals in Central park and the Liberty cruise.
The lines to get on the buses were so long that we spent more time standing in line than we did on the bus. We ended up having to take the subway to get to certain areas so we didn't waste our vacation standing in line. Also, no one mentions that the buses stop running at 6pm until you find yourself stuck in a neighbourhood trying to find the bus.
We booked the liberty cruise, had a reservation for 5:00pm. When we got there they had reserved at least 100 people too many and we were told we could not board the boat. They offered a second boat at 7pm, which would have meant that we stood in line in the heat for 2 hours with no access to restrooms or drinks. We chose not to wait around. When I messaged customer service to ask for that portion of my ticket refunded they told me that they "Pride themselves in exceptional customer service but do not offer refunds"
Additionally we had thought that our passes included bike rentals, but the fine print told us that it was just 1 hour free with purchase (our mistake). The bike rental place was 2 blocks from central park, horribly confusing and the tiniest place. Save your money and rent the bikes right from the nice people at central park.
I can't say it enough ... DO NOT BOOK with this company! They should be ashamed of how they run their business.
