Like many others, a Top View Sales Advisor approached us in the street. I am very obviously disabled, use a white walking stick, and as I explained only able to stand for short periods (diabetic neuropathy) and walk short distances. He explained there would be very little queueing and buses would arrive every 10 minutes and we would have a hugely enjoyable experience. This sounded like a good idea, and we foolishly gave him something like 230 dollars. How stupid were we to be sucked into this con? The first time we used this "service" we had to stand in the hot sun over an hour and then crammed into a dilapidated vehicle with no air-conditioning; all the customers were complaining and hugely agitated. We used the bus once more given surely this must be a "one off" but again, had to wait nearly an hour and a quarter - the bus driver said the company has very few buses and they were massively over-subscribed and she was fed up with receiving all the complaints and wanted to leave. I suffered a diabetic "hypo" on this second occasion, so we then were forced to using taxis, something we just couldn't afford. Please, I beg you, DO NOT USE THESE BUSES. It's a scam, the company or sales people don't care. My wife later found the same sales person and despite wearing the company shirt and logo, denied ever having worked for them before he ran off! This ruined our holiday, made me ill and made the three of us feel stupid for beliving the sales hype.

Awful. Just please don’t book. The buses are over subscribed so it’s hard to get a seat on top. So you have to sit inside - no aircon, no windows and in 90F it was unbearable. I don’t know where they get their drivers from but they drive as if they haven’t got a licence. Do not use this company.

Worst service…no aircon in the bus….very poor frequency ….had to abandon the tour halfway and use taxis. It was a very unpleasant experience….maybe use another company!!!!
