This is a rip off. You spend all day waiting for a bus. It’s ridiculous. There are more people selling tickets than there are buses on the route. Better off walking

Topview Sightseeing is the worst company I have ever used. I have done several of these tours in NYC. The buses were dirty on a regular basis. One of the buses had such strong fumes, we had to get off. The headphones didn’t work most of the time and when they did work we listened to the same songs over and over. Live tour guides are so much better. The boat tour advertised the following: Onboard Amenities Food & drinks for purchase Live tour guide Outdoor space with seating Panoramic views Indoor space with seating - cooled in summer and heated in winter It was 100 degrees with the heat index and there was no air. One of the group was pregnant and we did the boat tour because we thought there was air. It was horrible. At least we had a live guide. He was good. We were so disappointed. They have tons of sales people in Times Square constantly to try sell you tickets that are WAY overpriced. We bought a Groupon and it wasn’t worth it at all.

This was the most awful tourism experience ever. Avoid at all cost !!! I live in NYC and had my brother visiting with his 2 small kids. We thought it’d be a great way to see a lot of the city without the hassle. But this company is the worse !!! First they scam you when you buy online tickets, adding all kinds of fees and saying that the “2 hour included Central Park bike rental” is only an extension of a bike rental you actually have to pay for. But the worse part was that our bus and the Liberty cruise had no air conditioning with 36 degrees Celsius (almost 100 Fahrenheit). Everyone became unwell; including the kids. Just take a 2,75$ ny ferry with air conditioning or the 24$ cruise to Statue of Liberty of Liberty and Ellis island, cause this cruise is a scam. The cruise waited for 30 minutes on the water close to the dock with no breeze before actually docking. We thought we were gonna die. The drivers are terrible (they keep using the break, causing little shocks instead of driving smoothly) and rude. The bus kept stopping and waiting in the sun and sometimes we had to get out of the bus to wait for the next one. I will never, ever take visitors on this tour again.
