First off, I want to commend Mario for a job well done during the Brooklyn tour I went to on Wednesday, August 7. He made sure that the audio narration will somehow match the location we are at, even reoeating as necessary. Overall, all the drivers that I was able to get a ride with are good. There was one driver, unfortunately I didnt get his name, who I believe was unprofessional. He was arguing with his girlfriend on the phone, obstructed the street trying to get lunch from the street vendor. One bus on night tour on Monday, August 5, didnt have any audio narration at all. All we listened to was music.

Booked this when visiting New York City. Great way to see the city but they need to upgrade their fleet of buses. Air condoning didn’t work on many of them and they often could not fit all the passengers on a bus at a stop. They use a taped guide system but it was often way ahead or behind where you actually were. We still made great use of the system. Cheaper to book online in advance.

The company over sells tickets so that you wait for ages for a bus that has any seats. The cruise was also full. We paid for the 5 days and used the bus only once. Company refuses to give refunds. I suspect the favourable reviews on here are false. Avoid and use subway. I would give no stars if I could.
