Overall was okay, But had to walk pretty far to use the bike ride included, and never got to do the Liberty cruise, because of all the construction and traffic

A very important tour that is needed to get an overall view of NY. Great for transportation also.

We were disappointed in the tour. The route was okay, but staff did not do anything to make our day special, most times did not speak to us. Sometimes staff did not check to see our tickets, just get on the bus. The evening tour was late leaving, by 1/2 an hour. We have taken many Viators in the past and always enjoyed, but not this one. We booked a 3 day tour, but only took 2 days of it because of timing and our disappointment.
