Ticket agents and on the bus tour guides not all were not very helpful. It might be me but when I read the Bronx tour was daily 10 am I thought there would be more than 1 per day. The same as the Up town tour only 1 per day..... If you miss the bus you've had it. The night tour was good and so was the Liberty cruise, but the shuttle bus to get you to the boat and back was chaotic, no one seemed to know what to do where to go. Most of the time I couldn't find the bus stops unless I asked someone - usually one of the Red Bus HoHo Drivers

For the price it was an excellent value. There were numerous other similar tour buses in NYC but all the ones I looked at were more expensive. This was convenient and informative and visited all the places we wanted to see. My only disappointment was they changed the times for a couple of the routes and didn't update that information on their site. I discovered it when I arrived. It meant we missed one of the routes as we didn't arrive early enough. Other than that it was a great trip and I would recommend it.
