We had a great time as a family with kids. Staff is great and so is the location. Helmet for security and map to get around.

Convenient pick up / drop off location. Loads of bikes available. Really enjoyed doing something different and it's a great way to see Central Park and surrounding area. Next time I would hire for longer and use it to get around as there are lots of cyclists and cycle paths around NYC.

This was not a tour but we rented bikes. We made a reservation for eleven o'clock for 3 people and reserved 2 adult bikes and a kids bike. When we got there there were only a few bikes left. One adult bike they had to take from a lady to give me who was about to go out with her family (she didn't make a reservation). Then they gave my son a bike that was too small for him but we had no choice and an old crusty helmet that wouldn't stay on his head. My husband got on his bike and it literally broke (the chain broke and then the tire popped) about a mile out and he had to walk it back.
