We got stopped by a Casey Wong outside the Empire State Building and offered tickets for a 2 day trip on the blue and red line. Oh boy were we taken for a ride. We told him that we only needed tickets in 2 days time but he activated our tickets immediately. So when we tried to get on the bus two days later we were told that our tickets were only valid for a few more hours and did not include the blue line. Thankfully the bus drivers were quite sympathetic to our situation and allowed us on so we could see a bit of the city. But overall this was the worst hop on hop off experience that we have ever had. On the short rides we did do the commentary was also diabolical and hardly ever worked. You would be better off using one of the other companies.
