If you want to spend a lot of money to sit in traffic at night, then this tour may make sense. The audio was very limited and boring, there were no live guides and they failed to provide an awning or covering for the rain. It was impossible to sit on top and you couldn’t see anything if you sat inside the bus. The company had no contingency plans for rain and should have reimbursed everyone. You would pay less and get the same experience if you hired an Uber to take you downtown, across the bridge and back.

Over looking the lights and the CIty view was so relaxing and being for North Carolina this was good and i enjoyed the time with my family on the night tour. Here is the issue that i had i brought tickets for a 48 hour pass, I was told that the night tour was included but was not included in the 48 hour pass. Your supervisor Paul helped us resolved the issue and we was able to finish out our vacation on a good note. Thank You Paul
