Bus was promptly at the pickup site on time. The trip was very good, able to. See a lot of the city from the east side. Went through various neighborhoods. Trip over Manhattan Bride was great. A little nerve racking if you’re afraid of height and site on the right outside seat. Overall great nighttime tour

1 - can’t say enough about how terrible this attraction was. Poorly run. Terrible condition buses. Staff is useless. Audio for the tour is many years (maybe even a decade) out of date. Music is simply terrible. Parts of the bus were falling apart. It rained and then they decided to drive five miles per hour for the rest of the tour. Was hands down the worst experience I think I’ve ever had. If you’re in NY for vacation…be sure to skip it!
