What To Expect

One World Observatory

All-Inclusive Admission is a flexible entry ticket, select the day you will visit and arrive at any time. This ticket allows you to skip all the lines with a priority lane to security and both the entry and exit elevators. Also includes One World Explorer iPad experience and $15 to Shop, Drink or Eat.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We didn't have to wait, tickets with NYC Pass at the machine didn't work, no problem, downstairs you get help straight away and tickets.

Excellent view and good organization of people (queue, tickets, lift). We used the pass for 1 week of holiday and it was convenient for visiting various places.

Unique experience! Climb the post-9/11 skyscraper and have the chance to see all of Manhattan and beyond. On the 102nd floor the view is fabulous!
