What To Expect

Times Square

The tour starts/ends in the heart of NYC - Times Square

Rockefeller Center

The second stop on the tour is Rockefeller Center, for views of St. Patrick's Cathedral, the location of the ice skating rink and Christmas Tree, and NBC's Today Show set.

Madison Square Park

The third stop is Madison Square Park - the original location of Madison Square Garden Arena. This area provides spectacular views of dramatic architecture featured in numerous books and films: the Flatiron Building (Godzilla, Spider-Man), the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower (The Runaway Skyscraper, Futurama), and the Empire State Building (King Kong, Independence Day).

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

The fourth stop is the World Trade Center, as we visit the 9/11 Memorial. The tour does not include entry into the 9/11 Museum, but visitors can walk the grounds of the Memorial, visit the waterfalls of "Reflecting Absence," (the footprints of where the original twin towers stood), and see the Survivor Tree that stood up to the destruction of 9/11.

If you ever go to NYC take this tour!! It saves so many steps and it takes you to all the places you would or I wanted to see!! Our tour guide J had all the history of all the places we went to. He made it fun and relaxing. Raymond our van driver really knew how to get around in the traffic. He knew all the shortcuts to avoid traffic. This was an amazing trip. Thanks J & Raymond for making our day!!!

Our family of 5 wanted to get an orientation of Manhattan. USA Guided Tours had high marks, so made the reservation for a private 6 hour tour. Sent a list of the places we would most like to visit. Rachel (our driver) and Tyler (our guide) picked us up at the hotel and spent 6 hours visiting all the places on our list plus numerous other highlights. Rachel and Tyler were knowledgeable and personable. Wish we had had more time with them!

Despite numerous trips to NYC to see family, this was the first time I decided to take a guided tour. We were a small group with our own guide, Gill and driver, whose name I forget.Gill was so knowledgeable and made the tour extremely interesting. He remembered which country each of the tourists was from and even when our Vietnamese guests were wandering off, he was perfectly polite yet firm. Taking photos for the guests was not a problem either and I would thoroughly recommend the tour which took all the great sites as well as a boat ride to Liberty Island and back. If you are fortunate to get Gill as your guide then you will enjoy the tour even more!!
