Our tour guide John was informative and personable. Our group was small which gave a semi-private feel to the experience without a higher price tag. Learning about Grand Central Terminal and the role it played makes you appreciate how New York City became the wild, bustling place it is today. We took teenagers on this tour and they enjoyed themselves.

Lots of interesting facts about a building I have often walked through without noticing details. The ear piece made hearing easy in a large space which was great for this 70+ year old person.
