Our tour guide, Bob, was ready and waiting for us as planned. Bob is an EXCELLENT tour guide, so knowledgeable and engaging. The whole experience was so interesting. There is so much history around the origins of Grand Central and it’s development over the years. Bob took us around most of the complex and showed us areas which we would never have found ourselves and also recounted the stories behind them. It was also very interesting to hear about the Vanderbilt history. It was a great tour and worth every penny. Thanks Bob.

Our tour guide Richard shared his passion for the city and his love for Grand Central. We felt like we were taking a step back in time uncovering all that the gilded age had to offer. He took us through back passages and helped us understand the original vision for the station and how it has been transformed over the years. We were so grateful that this iconic structure was saved from the wrecking ball by preservationists. This building has stories to tell and we were delighted to hear them!
