Great tour - interesting to hear the background behind the building and stories surrounding it. A good use of time. I was (perhaps erroneously) expecting to see a bit more "behind the scenes", but the tour is limited to areas open to the public. Tour guide was fantastic.

We apologize that you didn't get to behind the scenes but the Metropolitan Transit Authority strictly limits public access to off-limits operational spaces. We created a tour that brings you to places the public doesn't always see but has access to. So glad you enjoyed it and our guide. Take good care!

My brother Steven and me took the "Secrets of Grand Central" tour, guided by Lewis (Louis?) He shared a wealth of information and did it with enthusiasm. He had so much to relate that he went overtime by some 30 minutes. I know a fair amount about Grand Central, but he added greatly to my knowledge.

The tour guide hit that sweet spot between all facts and over-the-top entertainment. Appreciated all the history that we would not have known without the tour. And he memorized every person’s name :-) Highly recommended!
