Good coverage of the history of the building and the Carnegie family. Enjoyed the anecdotes from its origins right up to the present and how it was "saved" from being demolished. It is truly a grand old space and attempting to remain relevant. Guide was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. There is a fair amount of just standing involved so be prepared.
