The actual helicopter ride was amazing and I would rate 5star but the location being in New Jersey and additional fees of 35$ taxes per person and late fees of 50-100$ per person if your late which I only received via email after I’d booked just put a complete downer on the experience as the traffic was horrendous coming out of Manhattan and I genuinely thought we were going to be late and the 170$ in taxi fares their and back.

Thank you for choosing New York Helicopter Tours. The location of departure is on the website where you book including the term of service and any fees. It is customer responsibility to read. Many of our customers are tourists and come from NYC to take the tour.
