Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time with Identification It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
$35.00 heliport fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
$35.00 heliport fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

We encounter 1 hr of traffic and they were not only very rude but charged us $100 dollars per person as a late fee. We still understood and since it was my birthday we decided to stay. They didn’t allow pictures and the ones they took were terrible their intention was to only buy pictures from them. They rushed us through the whole thing as they had canceled our rude because of the delay. The rude was short and once over again couldn’t even take one photo. Like New York rushed, super expensive and rude. Do not recommend this company. The people at Nyon were better and didn’t use them.

We called you to see where you were since you missed your check in time. It's customer responsibility to be on time and to call if they're running late, it is NOT fair for the other passenger on your flight to wait. You came after your flight time and technically we should've have forfeited your flight instead we were courteous enough for you to take your tour. You booked the 15min tour and that is what you got, there are NO pictures inside the building like it states on the premises we have private helicopters inside and customers must respect the rules. You may take pictures once you are OUTSIDE the building. You stated that people at NYON were better but didn't use them.

Great tour. Took off a little late due to weight distribution issues which was a pity as we were told to be there earlier than the 3/4 hour before take off but then take off 20 minutes late Staff very apologetic and trying to get people through. Perhaps make the weight section mandatory so you cannot book the flight without it as this was the hold up as people hadn’t put this in resulting in delays. Other than that brilliant

We decided in the morning a chopper tour would be the right thing for today. We booked and after lunch we saw NewYork out of the sky. The NYC guys was organized from the beginning to the end. Just read everything to avoid any unforseen situation. Be there at least one hour before your departure plus the Hanger fee of $35 p.person is noticed in there booking agreement. After all our chopper pilot out of Coral Springs Florida was amazing even at this very windy day he flew us perfectly around. We saw the statue of liberty New York Downtown up to Brooklyn. Great event every time again.
