Hello, We apologize that you feel your holiday was ruined because we canceled your tour twice, but you have failed to mention why the tour was canceled. The tour was canceled twice in the same day because of strong winds that made it dangerous for us to fly you. We communicated that with you during your original tour time of 1pm and you agreed to come in later when the pilots felt that the winds would have died down, unfortunately they did not and the 4pm tour had to also be canceled. We prioritize the safety of our passengers and staff. While we understand you wanted to have this experience the weather did not cooperate and the pilots deemed it unsafe so the tour was canceled. You booked on a 3rd party website so they automatically collect payment when you book but it was refunded as soon as the pilots canceled the tours. The extra money you paid was the $50.00 heliport fee per person which is not included and is paid on site as stated on the website and your tickets and that was also refunded to you when we advised the tour was canceled. Weather is out of our hands and we do our best to operate while ensuring the safety of everyone. Thank you

Whilst in NYC we decided to book a helicopter flight. We searched the web, read reviews and then we read the reviews again...... it's a lot of money so we were trying to research as much as possible We booked via Tripadvisor which was simple (this is linked to the Viator app). We ended up amending our timeslot to suit our schedule (via the Tripadvisor app). I even called NY Helicopters for advice and they were super helpful Yes you have to be there on time otherwise you will pay a late fee per person. Yes there is a fuel charge per person. But it's written there in black & white, really clear with no surprises We got to the helipad early and got on our flight early The ground team were polite and chatty as we were briefed. The flight was absolutely amazing, we were blessed with a clear sunny day which was great and the pilot was chatty and pointed out the main landmarks 100% would recommend NY Helicopters

We recently took a New York City Helicopter Tour for our boys (19 and 15), and it was amazing! The views of the iconic skyline, including the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and Central Park, were breathtaking. The pilot was knowledgeable, and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The highlight was flying over the Brooklyn Bridge at sunset—simply magical. Boys loved every minute and couldn't stop taking photos. This tour is a must-do for anyone wanting a unique perspective of NYC. Highly recommended!
