You cannot see availability for cruises until after you purchase tickets. Then when you purchase tickets, there is no availability. No one will ever return an email or a phone call. Just simply a scam.

We took this cruise on a Saturday afternoon in June. The terminal was beyond crowded...slips 1-6 take commuter travelers to different locations. Slip 7 was for the cruise, but it wasn't marked. Employees were trying to get passengers to line up in singlefile , but that didnt work. I overheard their solution ...put 500 people on each departing cruise. Result, boat was overcrowded... many people stood and windows did not open. We had seats but no view! Turned very warm!

I, how I have lived in NYC for a long time, and my parents visited me really enjoyed this cruise tour. The tour is very well operated and the staffs were very kind and professional. Especially, Zayas, helped my old parents who don't speak in English and also have some extra care. It was a great experience.
