Very poor, wouldn't leave any stars if there was an option. Waited over an hour past scheduled departure time in -5oc temperature with very poor communication from staff for the boat to arrive, to then be told that the restrooms on board were also out of order. Cruise longer than advertised we couldn't even get on the boat as had prior appointment for what was meant to be special birthday occasion. Would not recommend this company at all! Refund policy doesnt exist either so beware!

I just bought a ticket based on the information on their website, which is false but you only found out after you pay. Don’t believe anything about this people. Save your money
