We did this trip at twilight and it afforded us great views of the lights of the manhattan skyline, along with the statue of liberty floodlit, and the lights of the brooklyn bridge. It can be a lot of queuing so prebooking tickets is a must really. Good helpful staff with a good commentary

someone tell me to go my ticket atl 42 st. and other person tell me get out at Chamberlly train station to redeem my ticket,,so i was not able to go...Me and wife miss the tour..

Yup, paid for a 2 hr 30 min sight seeing cruise during the day at 6:30 pm. What I got was a 30 min cruise at night with no sights to be seen and wasn’t able to take pictures. Description said 3 level boat but what showed up was a smaller 2 level boat. Also waited 2 hours to board the boat at 8:15 pm. Was in kind at 6pm supposed to leave at 6:30. Horrible customer service and got nothing that was described.
