All tours are led by tour guides, and take place on luxury coach buses. Buses are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Most buses are equipped with bathrooms.
Limited wheelchair accessibility. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.
There are several quick step-off points at some of the locations during the tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! The tour left on time and kept to schedule which made it easy to plan our day. Our driver Antonio was great! He navigated the crowded streets of NY perfectly and parked close to our stops so we never had to walk very far. Our tour guide Chris was funny and incredibly knowledgeable! He even treated the bus to black & white cookies! Would definitely recommend this particular tour and also this company! The whole family (2 adults, 19 & 17 sons) had a good time!

If you want to get around Manhattan learning about film and TV locations, this is a perfect tour and has a good balance of stop offs at Ghostbusters Firehouse, Washington Park and the Friends. The bus was comfortable and time is well spent so it’s a tour worth doing for that alone. The tour guide was the issue on my tour (23/11) - turned up later than the customers, very rude lady helping check people in, didn’t introduce himself until everyone was on the bus, didn’t check everyone who was on the bus was meant to be there and when two people came forward that they weren’t meant to be on the bus - he made fun of them after they left. Was far more interested in promoting that he’s an ‘actor and comedian’ than getting on with the tour content. I’ve been on loads of tours in my travels and the structure and content of this is great only if you’ve got a great guide along the way, which wasn’t the case in our view.
