Bob was an excellent driver. Communicated well as soon as we landed and we only waited a few minutes until he arrived. During the ride to our hotel he was extremely pleasant and had great facts about the city of Chicago.

I used to use American Taxi for my trips to O’Hare and Midway. On this last trip American Taxi canceled at the last minute on the morning of our departure flight and had no availability for the return trip. My flight was on a Friday night arriving around 9pm. I was worried about being able to get home and found Echo. I called them around 1am on Friday (they really have 24/7 service!) and a nice lady got me the last available spot. Ray the driver was wonderful. Car was clean. I’m going to use Echo from now on for peace of mind and its service and reliability.
