Wasn't a luxury private sedan we are used to getting with Viator. Took the driver over 30 minutes to pick us up despite stating they track incoming flights. Had to call main line for staus as well. Needed to assist the driver with gps to get to our hotel.

Our plane was 4 hours late. Virgilio, our driver was cheerfully waiting for us at the airport and got us quickly to our destination. The team did a great job of staying in touch with us via text and phone!
