Overview

Your in Colorado, come see the amazing wilderness. This tour will take you far off the beaten path, up in the mountains high above Boulder, CO. Tour is given in a 2020 Ford Raptor, the undisputed best Off-Road Truck.

We do one group per day, but you can pick the start time! Night is Very cool to see the stars!

We will be taking you on and around Switzerland Trail, which was once a thriving railroad and Gold Mining area. You will get to see old mines, and old mining equipment left behind from years past. The views from the top of the trail are amazing and only accessible by extremely off-road capable vehicles, so you will have it to yourselves.

Your Driver/Guide has explored every inch of this amazing area for over 10 years. He is also a professional Off-Road Trophy Truck race driver, but don't worry, this tour is done at the speed you choose. Most like to take it slow to not miss the amazing scenery!

Get ready with the camera! There are tons of great photos you will want to take!

This tour will take you far off the beaten path, up in the mountains high above Boulder, CO. The tour will normally start in Boulder, CO where we pick your group up. From there we will head up to the trail winding through the beautiful Canyon with the river below. Get ready with the camera! There are tons and tons of great photos you will want to take!

We had such a fun trip through the mountains. John brought us to several unexpected sites including an old gold mining hut and top of the mountain general store. He was very knowledgeable and extremely enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour! Not to be missed.

It allowed me to see sights I wouldn’t otherwise have been able to see with a broken foot and not being able to hike. John was very accommodating and a good driver on what felt like some dicey roads to someone from MN!
