We come to NY for Christmas a lot and I hire NYC Horse Carriage Rides every time. This was our 3rd trip through the park with them and I'm never disappointed. Their service is above and beyond what is expected. We had Alana and her horse El Dorado!! She was soooooo good and we got some great pics with her help!! It was the highlight of our trip. This company is definitely the company to hire!! If you get El Dorado give him a hug for me!!

My sister, mother and I visited New York in December of 2019 and one of the excursions was a carriage ride through Central Park. We chose to use NYC Horse Carriage Rides and had a wonderful experience. Frank was our driver and Oreo was our horse. Frank was fun to talk to and gave us quite a bit of background on Central Park. He was very gracious and took our picture at several beautiful locations. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking abut a carriage ride. We plan to come back for a springtime visit and will use NYC Horse Carriage Rides again. Julie

Just wow! We had an absolutely amazing trip with Robert and Josephine! Robert our tour guide, was the friendliest guy we have ever met. Like literally to the point we didn't want to leave. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Me and my partner Abby, had been looking forward to this months before as we booked everything real early and it did not disappoint! Josephine (the horse!) Was a madam, but was soon our best friend when being fed carrots! 😂 I'd honestly recommend this company to all, we learned so much about Central Park and the surrounding areas. Robert also advised up where we could go for a nice drink afterwards, which was a very nice Irish bar (I'll look online for the name and add it on!) Overall, the tour was great, very romantic in the back of the carriage and very interesting. And I can't say it enough, Robert- what a guy! Give him a pay rise! 😁
