We had our carriage ride on 9th December, the stop was really easy to find and we waited no more than 10 minutes even though we were half an hour early. Our guide was so knowledgable about the entire park and surrounding area! The carriage was clean and our horse Josephine was very well cared for. The only issue is that it didn’t last long enough! I think I could have sat on there for half a day haha. It was definitely more expensive than other horse carriage rides but it was nice to know we had a slot and didn’t have to wait, as well as knowing we wouldn’t have to share with other strangers. I would say it is 100% worth the money and if I’m ever back in nyc again I will be booking another ride!

Hired these guys for two hours to take me to Bethesda Fountain to get married and then to go round Central Park for photos, the horse and carriage where immaculate and the horse well cared for.
