Old Town Key West Literary Walking Tour

Overview
Join us every weekend for the Old Town Literary Walking Tour, a stroll through downtown Key West, illuminating stories of writers that have called our island home. Inspired by David A. Kaufelt’s original literary walking tour, our new tour features the former homes and favorite haunts of writers, including Tennessee Williams, Shel Silverstein, Elizabeth Bishop, and Robert Frost, and highlights tales of our lesser-known local talent.

Scott gave us a fun and informative tour of the places many literary greats have lived, stayed and worked in Key West. He added lots of local color and included little-known "secrets" from his insider point of view. Great time!

This was my second time doing this tour and Scott was amazing. The experience was very enlightening and the delivery of all the information was informative and very satisfying. I would highly recommend this tour with Scott to anyone interested in learning about the literary history and community of Key West.

What a fascinating way to see the literary side of Key West. Scott was a phenomenal tour guide who gave us lots of information in a really engaging way. Learned a lot about the writers who spent time in Key West. He also followed up with some links and further info that had come up in the trip. Fabulous way to get to know more about this fascinating place.
