Olympic National Park Tour from Seattle

Overview
Olympic National Park is well known for having several different ecosystems to explore: subalpine forest, wildflower meadows, temperate rain-forest, and the rugged Pacific Shore. This twelve hour tour allows you to sample each of these systems with the added advantage of having an experienced guide to answer any questions that may arise. Come explore tide pools along the coastal beaches, roam among old-growth forest, trek atop mountain ridges with breathtaking vistas and stand by glacier-birthed rivers and lakes. The tour begins on a leisurely ferry boat ride over the Puget Sound to the Olympic Peninsula. The exact itinerary will be curated by the tour guide however our first stop will usually find us at Hurricane Ridge where you will hike to an incredible view of the valley below and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. We will move on to Crescent Lake and the seasonally Sol Duc Valley, and a sandy beach along the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Please plan on approximately six miles.

If you are the traveler who wants to be driven to the highlights of Olympic without much explanation of said place then this is great for you. Short, easy hikes to see water falls and mountains that are quite beautiful.

Thank you for your review. However, I am not sure you used our company. We do not operate this tour in a van and the two guides that do this tour explain quite a bit. Can you please give me more information so that I may do some research and get back to you? Please contact our offices with the information or send an email to us at [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you.

The Olympic National Park tour was amazing. We saw all kinds of beautiful scenery -- tide pools on a rocky beach, a beautiful lake, a shady forest, an amazing waterfall, and a mountain ridge. When I signed up for this trip, I read that it involved some hiking and was worried that I would not be able to keep up -- my fitness level is mediocre at best -- but the tour is set up so that everyone can go at their own pace. The tour guide, Joel, really went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had a great time.

What a wonderful review! Thank you for hitting on exactly why this tour appeals to so many. In one day you will get to see a little of everything nature has to offer in Washington. (except for the desert-that is a different tour) We are so glad you had a great time and hope you can come back and join us for one of our other tours as well. Best regards-
