I want to share to everyone a bad experience that I had with this company. Yesterday I booked a tour with them, paying for the reservation in cash early in the morning. In the afternoon when we went to the tour we had to pay a guarantee through the credit card, as it was an activity in which we could get wet I decided to take only one of my cards which did not work to make the deposit, as I was very Away from the hotel I asked them to refund the reservation or to be able to change the tour to the hour or for another day, but they refused to change the reservation or refund the money. I was told that the 170 USD reservation money had been lost because my credit card did not work at the time. It was very disappointing not being able to have a fair action from them, like being able to change the date, they did not give me any solution, only to tell me that I had lost my money without letting me do the tour. Likewise, the person who attended us seemed to try to do something, but the boss told him that they could not return the money. Fortunately for us, someone arrived at that moment wanting to make a reservation and we were able to give them our space, recovering the money, but if that couple had not arrived, we would have lost the money.
