After meeting your guide at the meeting location, you will then take a 30-minute guided walking tour of Battery Park. Afterward, your guide will escort you through the Reserve Access Line to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry and you will begin the unguided portion of your tour to Liberty Island to see the Statue of Liberty. Once you arrive on Liberty Island enjoy the free audio guide available in 9 languages. After visiting Lady Liberty, you will board the ferry once again over to Ellis Island. Along the way, you will also get to experience the beautiful Seaglass Carousel, Battery Cannon, Coast Guard Memorial, Bosque Gardens and Fountain, Ellis Island Immigration Museum and more. This 3 hour tour will conclude back at the original departure point.

This is overpriced for what you receive. You are better off going on the ferry and doing this yourself. The guide was not even allowed to give a tour inside the museum. We were told 30 minutes for the Statue of Liberty and 30 minute for Ellis Island. That is not enough time.

It was not a VIP access. Way too very expensive. Direct ticket purchase would have cost about US $ 15 per person. We spent 30 minutes with the guide in front of the Starbucks and could not understand them. Then we went with 15 minutes explanation to the ship. No tour of the park. Guide was not to be understood, because too fast and very loud spoken. Not ready to talk slower.

It sounds like you missed the fully guided tour and took the preferry tour that is self guided.

All I received was a 14 dollar ticket! I did not have VIP access nor was there a guide with the exception of the first 20 minutes. Do not use this company!
