We signed up for a 1:45 tour. When we arrived at 1:30, we were told there was no 1:45 and we would need to wait until 2:30 for the next boat. It was 90+ degrees out and we had no place to go and wait. Once in the ship, it was very old, dirty, and lacked seating. We have used Viator many times in the past, and had great experiences. Not this time

This cruise was straight and to the point. It was comfortable, relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating. I loved it! The music was great, lots of reggae and hip tunes. Food & drinks were served and if you didn’t want to be in the hot sun you didn’t have to be. It was prompt, efficient, I would definitely use this carrier again in the future

We enjoyed the boat ride and the sights. This boat ride takes you very close to the Statue of Liberty and we took great photos. The only thing was we were booked for 1:45pm and got there at 1:30 line requested and the 1:45 boat was cancelled, no one told us.
